WLST Releases Report in to Processes for Family Violence Matters in the Magistrates Court

We are pleased to release our report which reviews processes for family violence matters in the Magistrates Court in Tasmania.

A number of key stakeholders from the legal, non government and government sectors were involved in the process of formulating the report.

The report contains several recommendations which we believe, if implemented, will greatly improve the experiences of people before the court on such matters as well as for the Magistrates and Prosecutors involved.
