What We Do
Women’s Legal Service Tasmania works alongside women to improve their lives, working in a trauma-informed, integrated way that meets their legal, social and financial needs.
Our decisions, behaviour and activities are guided by integrity and compassion, and we use our influence to challenge injustice and inequity in order to make a positive difference for today, as well as for future generations of women.

We provide free and accessible legal advice, information and casework services that are responsive to the needs of women in a diverse community.
We currently have a position to assist our organisation with our integrated practice, involving direct client assistance as well as management of our allied services team of social work and financial counselling staff. If your values match ours, we invite you to apply to help us.
