Women’s Legal Service Tasmania has today made a submission to the Department of Justice in relation to the Criminal Code Amendment Bill 2022 supporting the proposal to make non-fatal strangulation and stealthing standalone offences.
Our submission is supported by Laurel House, a sexual assault support service based in northern Tasmania.
